Jackie ‘O’ Henderson showed off her slim figure while sweating on the tennis court on Saturday.
The traded 48-year-old offered his services to a mysterious male friend and exchanged numbers after the session.
The radio star looked sleek in a simple black T-shirt, but it was oversized and overwhelmed his small frame.
She added loose dark shorts, along with white sneakers that she wore without socks.
Jackie appeared to wear very little makeup for her outing and covered her eyes with designer sunglasses.
The media personality completed her look by pulling her blonde locks back into a ponytail.
Jackie recently reflected candidly on her weight loss journey.
“Last year, I wanted to get my health back, so I rejoined WW. I know WW’s program will work for me.
“Losing weight was about trying to restore my overall well-being and energy levels, not how I looked in the mirror,” she continued.
“Five months ago I gained 18 kg and had zero energy. As a result my health was deteriorating and I decided to completely change my lifestyle.
Jackie said she lost weight because she incorporated daily exercise into her routine and ate healthier.
She also quit alcohol, but the host said many of her followers might not believe it.
Jackie said, “I’ve never felt better. I can honestly say I feel happier and healthier than I did in my 20s, and I feel so much better about myself and as a mom (and dog mom!).” It can be said that it has energy.
Jackie previously gave listeners an insight into her eating habits.
She revealed on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she regularly skips breakfast, a practice known as intermittent fasting.
Jackie also avoids carbs and snacks on pre-cut steaks to keep her hungry throughout the day.
She resisted eating high-calorie foods for lunch, opting for “three small slivers of steak” and some Vietnamese rice paper rolls with fish and cabbage.
For dinner, Jackie typically eats vegetables and proteins such as chicken or lean meat.
In between meals, Jackie treats herself with smoothies and Starbucks Frappuccinos (iced coffee blends).
Mothers of one have not always adhered to such a restricted diet.
In February, she told Woman’s Day that before she took control of her health, she was eating pizza, sausage rolls and microwave meals from the gas station.
